1. Website purpose

Relevance Protocol provides information about SEO, AI search optimization, websites, conversion, content systems, and related growth services. The website may also allow you to request a market scan, submit business information, or schedule a strategy call.

Website content is provided for general informational and business development purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

2. No client relationship from website use

Visiting the website, submitting a form, receiving a market scan, exchanging emails, or scheduling a call does not by itself create a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or other professional engagement with Relevance Protocol.

Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed agreement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

3. No performance guarantees

Search engines, AI systems, advertising platforms, websites, competitors, market conditions, customer behavior, and third-party platforms change continuously. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Relevance Protocol does not guarantee search rankings, map visibility, AI citations or recommendations, traffic, leads, calls, booked estimates, conversion rates, revenue, or any other specific business outcome.

Examples, case studies, projections, audits, scores, opportunities, and recommendations are contextual and are not promises that the same results will occur for another business.

4. Market scans and website assessments

Any free or preliminary market scan, website assessment, audit, score, recommendation, or competitive observation is based on the information and tools reasonably available at the time it is prepared. Such material may be incomplete, may rely on third-party data, and may become outdated.

You are responsible for independently evaluating business, technical, legal, financial, and operational decisions before acting on preliminary recommendations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
• Submit malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or fraudulent requests.
